Belgium and Fosdem conferences

After being to Belgium I just have to post something related with it as it's supposed, so here is the post that will try to give you an idea of how it was.
As you can Imagine the main goal of the trip was attending the Fosdem conferences and visit as much places and discos (during the night) as possible: Did Bernie and I achieve it? I think so.
I have to thanks a lot to my brother all the help (information, meals and place for living) that he gave to us.
Now I show you a picture of Bernie with my brother receiving us just after arriving to Belgium:

And related to the conferences I just can say that after visiting Liege, Bruge, Ghent and Brussels we were really tired. But at least we were able to take a look around that interesting event and acquire some knowledge.
Just to finish I want to show you a video where you can see the corridor of the conferences (take a look to the lighting ID of the guy with the "got root?" black T-shirt: It's amazing)

See you!

In a couple of days I'm going with Bernie to Belgium, and during that time we'll be with my brother, who will show us his city.
The main aim of the trip is go to the FOSDEM conferences, but we hope we'll have time for everything.

Apple

Apple is not a brand: but a lifestyle. Many people has said that a lot of times, but after going to Apple's store in London I can recognize that they were right.
If you go to London you should spend at least ten minutes in the store, but as nowadays everybody is busy (me included) and with the help of youtube I'll show you a short video where you can see how it looks like:

Special days

Today it's Valentine's day, as many other blogers did, I just wanted you to notice that.
Anyway, as many people may be wondering (at least those who didn't ask me yet), I did my exam in Spain, and fortunately I passed it: I've to recognize that the weekend was as nice as busy for me.

Shingo Mama

A couple of days ago I saw a funny japanese video, and I thought that the singer was crazy. But after talking with a japanese friend of mine she told me that this is the song of a tv show where the the singer (Singo) takes over morning duties for the household's mother (the mama). If you want to learn how to sing it you can take a look to the lyrics. By the way "O-ha" (the chorus) in japanese means "good morning".

Love

There are many ways of saying "I love you". One "geek" way is to do:
repeat
write("I love you")
until (0=1)
Another different one is composing a song. But please if you compose a song, try to avoid things like this wich are really funny, but not very romantic.

A cup of coffee will be nice

After a long time without playing with Ubuntu, I've been installing Java, but it hasn't been easy. Luckily, after several attempts I found a website where you can learn how to install java compiler in three easy steps (Sorry, spanish link :-).

Snow

My last day In Madrid it snowed, and here in Oxford it has snowed today too (less than in Spain). Anyway the snow is fine, because it can calm a bit the weather since it can act as a thermal regulator.
